Applying

There are currently no vacancies at parkside.

We want it to be as easy as possible to apply to Parkside, all of the forms and information you need is linked on this page.

Firstly, as set out by Care Quality Commission (CQC), please see the Statement of Purposewhich sets out our aims and objectives.

Secondly there is our Service Users' Guide which gives lots of useful information for those thinking of applying to Parkside.

Finally there is an application form; if you would like to apply for a place at Parkside, please complete this application form and send it back to us at mail@parksidehome.co.uk

The manager will then make an appointment with you to arrange an assessment, so that we can be sure we can meet all your needs and requirements. Once this has been done a date can be set for you to move in.

You will then be asked to sign a contract. To give you an idea of what it might look like, please see a sample in the Service Users' Guide .

We hope there will never be the need, but to be open and transparent, should there be any cause for complaint, please download and read the complaints procedure.
