Parkside is situated in the beautiful Gidea Park conservation area. The area was developed in the early 20th century to create a Garden Suburb with houses designed by well-known architects of the day.
Raphael Park is just down the road (towards Romford) and has a large lake, ornamental garden, café, playing fields and pleasant woodland.
Plus, Romford Golf Club is just a short walk away. Founded in 1894, it was designed by Open Champion James Braid.

Parkside is located close to the M25 on a main bus route serving both nearby Romford, with its wealth of retail outlets, cinemas and connecting mainline rail services to London, and Brentwood town centre.
